I believe in addressing concerns head-on with empathy and professionalism. I listen carefully to understand the issue, then work with the client to find a solution that meets their needs. My goal is always to ensure they leave feeling heard and satisfied.
What advice would you offer someone considering a career in esthetics?
Be PATIENT, passionate, and prepared for continuous learning. This field requires a deep commitment to mastering your craft and staying updated with the latest advancements. Also, focus on building strong relationships with your clients—they are the foundation of your success.
Can you share a memorable experience or success story from your career?
One of the most memorable experiences was helping a client with severe acne scars regain her confidence. After a series of treatments, the improvement was remarkable, and the emotional impact was profound. Moments like that remind me of the power of this work.
How do you ensure the safety and hygiene of your clients during treatments?
Safety and hygiene are non-negotiable. We adhere to strict protocols, including sterilizing equipment, using medical-grade products, and following all industry regulations. My team is trained to prioritize client safety at every step of the treatment process.
In the next five years, I see Winter Park Laser continuing to grow as a leader in the med spa industry, possibly expanding our services.
I also hope to further our educational efforts, both for clients and within the industry, by becoming a training facility or partnering with leading brands.
