After Care – Cosmetic Fillers

1.) Apply an ice pack or cold compress to the injection area after treatment to help reduce swelling. If swelling or redness persists too long please contact us. 2.) It is normal to feel a “firmness” in your injection area for the first few days after treatment. Over time, the area will soften, leaving you a soft, natural looking result. 3.) Makeup may be applied shortly after treatment if no complications are present. Apply makeup gently, avoiding strenuous rubbing of the injection area. 4.) The injection area may also be gently washed a few hours after treatment, avoiding aggressive scrubbing or rubbing. 5.) Sunbathing, or excessive UV exposure should be avoided until the redness or swelling have subsided 6.) Call Winter Park Laser with any further questions or concerns you may have after the treatment or report to us immediately if any worsening or persistent symptoms or side effects occur. |
